Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a phase analyzing method of a hyaluronic acid filler, accurately evaluating a property of matter such as elasticity and cohesiveness which are as phase properties of a filler, and uniformity of the filler, or a selecting method of the hyaluronic filler exhibiting excellent filling properties in selecting a type of fillers, such as mono-phasic hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers or bi-phasic hyaluronic acid fillers, depending on a filler injection position and preference by means of mean square displacement (MSD) distribution parameters measured by using microrheological techniques. The present invention is the method for analyzing the filler phase properties comprising hyaluronic acid hydrogels by using the MSD distribution of the parameters of tracer particles injected into the filler. 본 발명은 미세유변학적 기술을 이용하여 측정한 MSD 분포 파라미터에 의해 필러 주입위치 및 선호도 등에 따라 모노 페이직 히알루론산(hyaluronic acid, HA) 필러 또는 바이 페이직 히알루론산 필러 등의 필러의 종류를 선택함에 있어, 필러의 상(Phase) 특성으로서 탄성, 응집력 및 필러의 균일성 등과 같은 물성을 정확하게 평가할 수 있는 히알루론산 필러의 상 분석 방법 또는 우수한 필링 특성을 나타내는 히알루론산 필러의 선별 방법에 관한 것이다.
