Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a sterilization method using turbulence and a sterilization device using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a sterilization method using turbulence, the method comprising: a vacuum step of forming a sterilization chamber in a low pressure atmosphere of 0.1 Torr or less; an oxidizing gas supply step of supplying an oxidizing gas to the sterilization chamber in which a vacuum is formed; and a sterilization step in which an external gas is introduced into the sterilization chamber and sterilization is performed under a high pressure atmosphere above atmospheric pressure, wherein at least one of the oxidizing gas and external gas is introduced while forming turbulence. The present invention also relates to a sterilization device to which such a sterilization method can be applied. 본 발명은 난기류를 이용한 멸균 방법 및 이를 이용한 멸균 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 멸균 챔버를 0.1 Torr 이하의 저압 분위기로 형성하는 진공 단계; 산화성 기체를 진공이 형성된 멸균 챔버에 공급하는 산화성 기체 공급 단계; 및 외부 기체를 상기 멸균 챔버에 유입하여 대기압 이상의 고압 분위기 하에서 멸균을 수행하는 멸균 단계를 포함하며, 상기 산화성 기체 및 외부 기체 중 적어도 하나의 기체는 난기류를 형성하면서 유입되는, 난기류를 이용한 멸균 방법; 및 이러한 멸균 방법에 적용될 수 있는 멸균 장치에 관한 것이다.
