VACUUM GATE VALVE

An objective of the present invention is to provide a vacuum gate valve which is compact, suppresses friction of a sealing material and a sealing surface by minimum driving power to have low particles, has stable and reliable opening and closing operations even under high-speed driving, and maximally limits impact sounds or vibration to have excellent durability. The vacuum gate valve comprises a valve body opening/closing driving body arranged between housing bodies arranged to face each other to perform a vertical operation and an L-motion operation, and a stem allowing a valve body to be installed on an upper portion thereof. The vacuum gate valve further comprises: a piston rod vertically moving by a cylinder mechanism in each housing body; a cam member with a cam groove on the upper end of the piston rod; a cam roller and a point roller slidably guided to the cam groove on both sides of the valve body opening/closing driving body; a vertical movement guide unit to guide a vertical movement of the point roller in the housing body; a stopper unit to lock an ascent of the valve body opening/closing driving body; and a spring between the valve body opening/closing driving body and a fixing-side base unit to lift the valve body opening/closing driving body to the upper end of an opening stroke. [해결 수단] 대향 배치한 하우징체와 하우징체 사이에 배치되어 상하 동작과 L 모션 동작을 행하는 밸브체 개폐 구동체와 그 상부에 밸브체를 설치한 스템을 구비하고 각 하우징체 내에는 실린더 기구로 상하동하는 피스톤 로드와 그 상단에 캠 홈을 갖는 캠 부재를 갖고 밸브체 개폐 구동체의 양측에는 캠 홈에 슬라이딩 가능하게 안내되는 캠 롤러와 지점 롤러를 갖고, 하우징체의 내측에는 지점 롤러의 상하동을 안내하는 상하동 안내부와 밸브체 개폐 구동체의 상승을 잠그는 스토퍼부를 갖고, 밸브체 개폐 구동체와 고정측 기부 사이에 밸브체 개폐 구동체를 개구 스트로크의 상단까지 상승시키는 스프링을 구비한 진공용 게이트 밸브이다.
