Zusammenfassung: | The present invention has overlap sewing lines (E) sewn along edges in a roll direction (R) and guide sewing lines (G) of a separation induction guide line (W) sewn at regular intervals in parallel with the overlap sewing lines (E) in a space (K) inside the overlap sewing lines (E) while having a triple-lamination structure (T) of nonwoven fabric (S1)→PE foam→nonwoven fabric (S2) or woven fabric (F)→PE foam→nonwoven fabric (S2) to divide a plurality of roll direction areas (RA) by the guide sewing lines (G). The lamination structure is integrally coupled and fixed to be integrally moved. The fixing means of the lamination structure is simple and easy to be efficient and economic. Surface adhesion reinforcing vinyl (V) divided by the guide sewing lines (G) of the separation induction guide line (W) with the triple-layer structure becomes an adhesion medium with a waterproof layer (O) and the triple-layer structure (T) to allow the triple-layer structure (T) to slip downwards while only the surface adhesion reinforcing vinyl (V) is separated along the separation induction guide line (W) during consolidated settlement. The surface adhesion reinforcing vinyl (V) remains on the slip surface of the waterproof layer (O) in an affixed state to protect the adhesive strength of the waterproof layer (O) of the slip surface from soil, dust, etc.
본 발명은 「부직포(S1)→PE 폼→부직포(S2)」 또는 「직포(F)→PE 폼→부직포(S2)」의 3중 적층구조(T)이면서 롤 방향(R)의 테두리를 따라 봉제된 오버랩 봉제선(E)과, 그리고 오버랩 봉제선(E)내의 공간부(K)에 오버랩 봉제선(E)에 평행되게 일정간격으로 분리유도 가이드라인(W)의 가이드 봉제선(G)이 봉제됨으로써 가이드 봉제선(G)에 의해 롤 방향 구간(RA)이 다수 개 구획됨과 동시에 상기 적층구조가 일체로 결합·고정되어 일체로 거동될 뿐 아니라 그 고정수단이 간단하고 용이하여 효율적·경제적이 되게 하는 한편, 3중 적층구조와 함께 분리유도 가이드라인(W)의 가이드 봉제선(G)에 의해 구획된 면 접착보강비닐(V)이 방수층(O)과 3중층 구조(T)와의 접착매개재가 되게 하여 압밀침하 시 분리유도 가이드라인(W)을 따라 면 접착보강비닐(V)만 분리되면서 3중층 구조(T)가 아래로 슬립되고, 방수층(O)의 슬립면에는 면 접착보강비닐(V)이 그대로 접착된 상태로 남아있게 되어 슬립면의 방수층(O)의 접착력이 흙이나 먼지 등으로부터 보호되도록 한 발명이다. |
