Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an ink composition for forming an organic light emitting device, which increases solubility in a solvent by substituting deuterium for a monomolecular deposition material to enable ink formation of the monomolecular deposition material. Since the basic properties of the monomolecular deposition material are not changed significantly and only the solubility is changed, the properties of the monomolecular deposition material can also be implemented in a solution process. 본 발명에 따른 유기 발광 소자 형성용 잉크 조성물은, 단분자 증착 물질에 중수소를 치환시킴으로써 용매에 대한 용해도를 증가시켜, 단분자 증착 물질의 잉크화를 가능케 한다. 이는 단분자 증착용 물질의 기본 특성을 크게 바꾸지 않고 용해도 측면에서만 변화를 부여하기 때문에, 단분자 증착 물질의 특성을 용액 공정에서도 구현할 수 있다.
