The memory may store instructions set to allow the processor, on execution, to transmit a first signal requesting information related to a device to a plurality of external electronic devices through the communication circuit, to receive first response signals for the first signal from the external electronic devices through the communication circuit, to select at least one of the external electronic devices on the basis of the first response signals, and to transmit a second signal indicating the selected external electronic device and including information associated with the external electronic devices, to the external electronic devices through the communication circuit on the basis of selection of the external electronic device.
