Rinsing device for manufacturing carbon material

The present invention relates to a washing device for manufacturing a carbon material, which is to provide a washing device that can be applied to mass production while having reproducibility by automating a washing process. The washing device according to the present invention includes: a sieve which is inclined with respect to a horizontal plane and supplied with a carbon material of a powder formulation requiring washing; a rotating portion that rotates the sieve to make the carbon material contained in the sieve move on the sieve; and a deionized water supply portion that washes the carbon material which moves while being contained in the sieve by supplying deionized water to the sieve, wherein the carbon material that needs washing may be a carbon support pre-treated before electroless plating or an electroless-plated carbon support to be made of a hybrid carbon material. 본 발명은 탄소 소재 제조용 수세 장치에 관한 것으로, 수세 공정을 자동화하여 재현성이 있으면서 양산에 적용할 수 있는 수세 장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 수세 장치는 수세가 필요한 파우더 제형의 탄소 소개가 공급되며 수평면에 대해서 기울어진 체, 체를 회전시켜 체에 담긴 탄소 소재를 체 위에서 이동시키는 회전부, 및 체에 탈이온수를 공급하여 체에 담겨 이동하는 탄소 소재를 수세하는 탈이온수 공급부를 포함한다. 이때 수세가 필요한 탄소 소재는 하이브리드 탄소 소재로 제조될 무전해도금전 전처리된 탄소지지체 또는 무전해도금된 탄소지지체일 수 있다.
