Selective packing machine for globe-shaped products

The present invention relates to an apparatus for sorting an agricultural product (1) by each size to load the sorted agricultural product into a packing body (5). According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a sorting unit (10) including a hopper (11) sequentially discharging a plurality of agricultural products (1) in a row and a sorting roller (12) continuously transferring the agricultural products (1) discharged from a downstream end of the hopper (11) and dropping the agricultural products (1) by each size; a discharge unit (20) including a sorting chute (21) collecting the agricultural products (1) dropped from a downstream end of the sorting unit (10) by each set size group and a conveyor (25) transferring the agricultural products (1) collected at a downstream end of the sorting chute (21) to the outside; and a loading unit (30) including a loading plate (31) holding the packing body (5) loading the agricultural products (1) thereon at a downstream end of the discharge unit (20) in an open state and a stacker (32) supporting the packing body (5) on the lower part of the loading plate (31) and vertically moving in accordance with the loading amount of the agricultural products (1). 본 발명은 구형의 작물(1)을 크기별로 선별하여 포장체(5)로 적재하는 기기에 관한 것으로, 다수의 작물(1)을 일렬로 순차 토출하는 호퍼(11)와, 위 호퍼(11)의 하류단에 토출되는 작물(1)을 연속으로 이송하며 크기별로 낙하시키는 선별롤러(12)를 구비하는 선별유닛(10); 위 선별유닛(10)의 하류단에 낙하되는 작물(1)을 설정 크기 군별로 모집하는 선별슈트(21)와, 위 선별슈트(21)의 하류단에 모집된 작물(1)을 외부로 이송하는 컨베이어(25)를 구비하는 배출유닛(20); 위 배출유닛(20)의 하류단에 작물(1)이 적재되는 포장체(5)를 개구상태로 거치하는 적재대(31)와, 위 적재대(31)의 하부에 포장체(5)를 지지하며 작물(1)의 적재량에 따라 상하로 유동하는 스태커(32)를 구비하는 적재유닛(30);을 포함하여 이루어진다.
