APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING TEMPERATURE OF SUBSTRATE APPARATUS FOR TREATING SUBSTRATE INCLUDING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR TREATING SUBSTRATE

Disclosed is a substrate processing device. The substrate processing device includes: a chamber including a space for processing a substrate therein; a substrate support assembly located in the chamber and including a support plate supporting the substrate; a gas supply unit supplying gas into the chamber; a plasma generating unit exciting gas in the chamber in a plasma state; and a temperature control unit controlling the temperature of the substrate. The temperature control unit includes: multiple heating units heating the substrate by being installed in multiple areas of the support plate; multiple temperature sensors individually measuring the temperature of the multiple areas; and a control unit controlling output of the multiple heating units.
