Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof, which can improve light extraction efficiency while preventing image blur. According to the present invention, image blur is suppressed and luminance and light-emitting efficiency are improved by forming micro-lenses on an encapsulating layer for protecting organic light-emitting elements at precise positions through a self-alignment manner. 본 발명은 광 추출 효율을 향상시킴과 동시에 이미지 블러 현상을 방지하는 것이 가능한 유기발광표시장치 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 유기발광소자를 보호하기 위해 형성되는 봉지층 상에 마이크로 렌즈를 자가 정렬 방식으로 정확한 위치에 형성함으로써 이미지 블러 현상을 방지함과 동시에 휘도 및 발광 효율을 향상시키는 것이 가능하다.
