Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an aluminum nitride sintered body comprising: a first step of manufacturing a glass frit by using a Y_2O_3-Al_2O_3-P_2O_5 glass powder; a second step of manufacturing a powder by mixing aluminum nitride and the glass frit; and a third step of manufacturing and sintering pellets by using the powder. The present invention can obtain the aluminum nitride sintered body exhibiting high density and high thermal conductivity characteristics that are relatively equal to or higher than the prior art. 본 발명은, YO-AlO-PO유리분말을 이용하여 글래스 프릿을 제조하는 제1 단계; 질화알루미늄 및 상기 글래스 프릿을 혼합하여 분체를 제조하는 제2 단계; 및 상기 분체를 이용하여 펠렛을 제조하고 소결하는 제3 단계;를 포함하는 질화알루미늄 소결체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
