Zusammenfassung:	In a safety syringe comprising a body part filled with a chemical solution and a piston moved in an interior space of the body part, the safety syringe of the present invention comprises: a rotary plate rotating in the body part and having a first hole and a second hole formed therein; and a needle part extending from the rotary plate positioned outside the body part or moved into the body part in accordance with the change of the position of the first hole and the second hole due to the rotation of the rotary plate. 안전주사기는 약액이 충전된 몸체부 및 상기 몸체부의 내부 공간에서 이동되는 피스톤을 포함하는 안전주사기에서, 상기 몸체부의 내측에 위치하여 회전하며, 제1 및 제2 홀들이 형성된 회전판 및 상기 회전판으로부터 연장되며, 상기 회전판의 회전에 의한 상기 제1 및 제2 홀들의 위치 변경에 따라, 상기 몸체부의 외측에 위치하거나 상기 몸체부의 내부로 이동되는 바늘부를 포함한다.
