Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a conversion system using an HEVC transcoder technology to be simultaneously applicable to a Wi-Fi wireless network and an LTE/5G public wireless network, capable of seamlessly transmitting video through a public wireless network while reducing a public wireless network charge; and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the conversion system comprises: an encoder (120) allowing an audio encoder (111) and an H.264 video encoder (112), which encode video and audio signals inputted from a broadcasting camera respectively, to receive and compress an image signal with low delay in real time; a Wi-Fi transmitter (113) packetizing network abstraction layer (NAL) data of the compressed image and audio data in a real-time transport protocol (RTP) for Wi-Fi wireless transmission to transmit the packetized data; a Wi-Fi receiver (161) receiving the transmitted Wi-Fi signal to transfer audio data and video data to an audio decoder (162) and a video decoder (163) respectively; a decoder (160) decoding the received audio and video data to restore audio and video signals; and a transcoder of a smartphone receiving H.264 compressed image data from the Wi-Fi transmitter to decode the received data with an H.265 transcoder and reencode the same.
본 발명에 따른 Wi-Fi 무선망과 LTE/5G 공중무선망에 동시 적용이 가능한 변환시스템은, 방송촬영용 카메라로부터 입력된 비디오 및 오디오 신호를 인코딩하는 오디오 인코더(111)와 H.264 비디오인코더(112)에 전송되어 영상신호를 저지연으로 실시간 압축하는 인코더(120); 압축된 영상의 NAL(network abstraction layer) 데이터와 오디오 데이터를 Wi-Fi 무선 전송을 위해 RTP(real-time transport protocol)로 패킷화하여 전송하는 Wi-Fi 송신기(113); 송신된 Wi-Fi 신호를 수신하여 오디오 데이터와 비디오 데이터를 오디오 디코더(162)와 비디오 디코더(163)에 각각 전달하는 Wi-Fi 수신기(161); 수신된 오디오와 비디오 데이터를 디코딩하여 오디오 및 비디오 신호를 복원하는 디코더(160); Wi-Fi 송신기로부터 H.264 압축 영상데이터를 수신하여 H.265 트랜스코더로 디코딩하고 다시 인코딩한 스마트폰의 트랜스코더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
