The present invention relates to a driver violence detection system comprising: an imaging device which captures objects to generate object data; and a determination server which detects objects from the object data and determines whether or not a driver is in a violent situation by using the detected objects. 본 발명은 객체들을 촬영하여 객체 데이터를 생성하는 촬영 장치 및 상기 객체 데이터에서 객체들을 검출하고, 상기 검출한 객체들을 이용하여 운전자 폭력 상황 여부를 결정하는 결정 서버를 포함한다.
