| Zusammenfassung: | An electric roasting device of the present invention comprises: a fan portion for making a gas flow; a body portion in which the fan portion is installed; a heating portion placed on the upper opening of the body portion; and a cooking plate portion placed on the heating portion, wherein the heating portion may include a heater that heats the cooking plate portion by electrical energy. The present invention is convenient to use, easy to clean, and generates little smoke.
