Cartridge oil seal for transaxle shaft

A cartridge oil seal for a transaxle shaft of the present invention includes: a coupling groove (140) which is provided in a recessed form on the outer surface of a shaft (S) and reduces the weight of the shaft to be lightweight; a rubber cartridge (110) which is inserted and fixed in the coupling groove (140); a metal cartridge (120) which is coupled to the outer surface of the rubber cartridge (110), protrudes from the outer surface of the shaft (S), and is abrasion-resistant; and a main body (130) which is made of an elastic rubber or synthetic rubber material, has a seal lip (132) at an upper part to function as a seal to prevent leakage, and has a dust lip (131) at a lower part to prevent foreign matter from being introduced. 본 발명 트랜스액슬 샤프트용 카트리지 오일씰은, 샤프트(S)의 외면에 함몰된 형태로 구비되어, 샤프트의 중량을 감소시켜 경량화하는 체결홈(140), 체결홈(140)에 삽입, 고정된 고무카트리지(110), 고무카트리지(110)의 외면에 결합되어, 샤프트(S)의 외면에 돌출된 상태로 구비되며, 내마모성을 갖는 금속카트리지(120), 탄성을 갖는 고무 또는 합성고무 재질로 형성되며, 상부에는 씰립(132)이 형성되어 누유를 방지하는 밀봉의 기능을 하고, 하부에는 더스트립(131)이 구비되어 이물질이 유입되는 것을 방지하는 본체(130)를 포함하는 것을 요지로 한다.
