Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to rolling rolls manufactured by joining and pressure-impregnating dissimilar materials, and a manufacturing method therefor and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing rolling rolls manufactured by joining and pressure-impregnating dissimilar materials. The method comprises: a step of molding a premolded product, which comprises a hollow part, by using TiC-containing powder; a step of forming an outer layer part by filling the premolded product in a cavity provided in a mold for impregnation; a step of forming an inner layer part by inserting steel into the hollow part of the premolded product; a matrix material filling step of filling a matrix material in the upper part of the premolded product filled in the cavity; and a dissimilar material joining and pressure-impregnation step of pressing the premolded product, the matrix material and the steel so as to impregnate the matrix material in the premolded product and join the premolded product and the steel. According to the present invention, the rolling rolls can be excellent in workability and manufactured at low costs while blocking the movement of the matrix material to the hollow part by the steel of the inner layer part bonded with the outer layer part of the premolded product and the matrix material pressed and impregnated during the pressure-impregnating process. 본 발명은 이종재료 접합 및 가압 함침 공정을 이용하여 제조된 압연롤 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로, TiC를 포함하는 분말로 중공부를 구비하는 예비성형체를 성형하는 단계; 상기 예비성형체를 함침용 몰드에 구비된 캐비티에 충진하여 외층부를 형성하는 단계; 상기 예비성형체의 중공부에 스틸을 삽입하여 내층부를 형성하는 단계; 상기 캐비티에 충진된 예비성형체 상부에 기지재를 충진하는 기지재 충진단계; 및 상기 예비성형체, 기지재 및 스틸을 가압하여 상기 예비성형체 내부로 상기 기지재가 함침되고, 상기 예비성형체 및 스틸이 접합되는 이종재료 접합 및 가압 함침단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 가압 함침 공정시 가압 함침된 기지재 및 예비성형체의 외층부와 접합된 내층부의 스틸이 기지재의 중공부로의 이동을 막아주고, 가공성이 우수하고 저비용의 압연롤을 제조할 수 있다.
