Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for controlling a weaving angle of a braider applied with vision. According to the method of the present invention, a braid is provided in a mandrel through a braider, a vision is installed around the mandrel, a setting angle formed by a yarn woven by the braid, and a weaving angle in which the yarn crosses in the braid woven on the mandrel is detected while the braid is woven by the mandrel through the braider. Also, the weaving angle detected by the vision and a set angle are compared to continuously perform braiding when the weaving angle corresponds to the set angle, a moving speed of the mandrel is increased or a moving speed of a carrier is decreased when the weaving angle is greater than the set angle, and the moving speed of the mandrel is decreased or the moving speed of the carrier is increased to allow the weaving angle to correspond to the set angle so as to continuously perform braiding when the weaving angle is smaller than the set angle. According to the method of the present invention, the braid of a designed set angle and a designed quality can be woven.
본 발명은 비전을 적용한 브레이더의 편조 각도 제어 방법에 관한 것으로, 브레이더를 통해 맨드릴에 브레이드를 구비하고, 그 맨드릴 주변에 비전을 설치하며, 브레이드로 편조되는 실이 이루는 설정각도를 입력한 다음, 브레이더를 통해 맨드릴로 브레이드를 편조하면서, 맨드릴에 편조되는 브레이드에서 실이 교차하는 편조각도를 검출하고, 비전에 의해 검출되는 편조각도와 설정각도를 비교하여, 편조각도가 설정각도에 해당하면 브레이딩을 지속하며, 편조각도가 설정각도보다 크면 맨드릴의 이송 속도를 올리거나 캐리어의 이동 속도를 내리고, 편조각도가 설정각도보다 작으면 맨드릴의 이송 속도를 내리거나 캐리어의 이동 속도를 올려서 편조각도를 설정각도에 맞추어 브레이딩을 지속하는 브레이더의 편조 각도 제어 방법에 의해서, 설계된 설정각도와 설계된 품질의 브레이드를 편조할 수 있는 것이다. |
