Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, alleviating or treating melanoma containing a thymoquinone and resveratrol synthetic rice extract. Therefore, when containing all the thymoquinone and resveratrol synthetic rice extract of the present invention, the composition is effective for preventing, alleviating or treating melanoma since the level of COX-2 or active oxygen decreases, and especially the growth or proliferation and tyrosinase activity of melanoma cells are significantly inhibited. In addition, when a p38 inhibitor is additionally included in addition to the thymoquinone and resveratrol synthetic rice extract, an effect of preventing, alleviating or treating melanoma is more excellent. 본 발명은 티모퀴논(thymoquinone) 및 레스베라트롤(resveratrol) 합성 벼 추출물을 포함하는 흑색종 예방, 개선 또는 치료용 조성물에 대한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 티모퀴논과 레스베라트롤 합성 벼의 추출물을 모두 포함하는 경우 COX-2 내지 활성산소의 수준이 감소하고, 특히 흑색종 세포의 성장 내지 증식 및 티로시나아제 활성이 유의적으로 억제되는 바 흑색종 예방, 개선 또는 치료용 조성물로서 효과적이다. 또한, 티모퀴논과 레스베라트롤 합성 벼의 추출물 외에 p38 억제제를 추가적으로 포함하는 경우 흑색종 예방, 개선 또는 치료 효과는 더욱 우수하다.
