Zusammenfassung:	According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a cosmetic impregnation member impregnated with a cosmetic used after applying the same to a cosmetic applicator. Also provided is a manufacturing method thereof. The cosmetic impregnation member comprises: an upper fabric layer woven to have a first mesh structure; a lower fabric layer woven to have a second mesh structure; and a support layer composed of a plurality of fiber yarns woven to connect the upper fabric layer and the lower fabric layer to form an impregnation space of the cosmetic between the upper fabric layer and the lower fabric layer. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 화장용 도포구에 묻혀 사용하는 화장료가 함침되는 화장료 함침 부재 및 그 제조 방법이 제공된다. 상기 부재는, 제 1 메쉬 구조를 갖도록 직조되는 상부 직물층; 제 2 메쉬 구조를 갖도록 직조되는 하부 직물층; 및 상기 상부 직물층과 상기 하부 직물층을 연결하도록 직조되는 복수의 섬유사로 구성되어, 상기 상부 직물층과 상기 하부 직물층 사이에서 상기 화장료의 함침 공간을 형성하는 지지층을 포함할 수 있다.
