Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a novel water repellent composition, a low absorption lightweight foam concrete composition using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a novel water repellent composition including dimethyl methyloctyl siloxane, dimethyl siloxane hydroxy-terminated, and dimethyl siloxane trimethylsiloxy-terminated as active ingredients, and a low absorption lightweight foam concrete composition containing the water repellent composition. Moreover, the present invention relates to: a low absorption lightweight foam concrete block manufacturing method including a step (a) of mixing and stirring silica sand, quicklime, cement, gypsum, and water, a step (b) of adding aluminum powder and a water repellent composition of claim 1 with the mixture of the step (a), and mixing the same, a step (c) of placing and foaming, and a step (d) of curing; and a low absorption lightweight foam concrete block manufactured by the method. The present invention can reduce production costs, shorten construction period and improve constructability.
본 발명은 신규 발수제 조성물, 이를 이용한 저흡수성 경량 기포 콘크리트 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명은 디메틸 메틸옥틸 실록산(Dimethyl,methyloctyl siloxane), 디메틸 실록산 하이드록시 터미네이티드(Dimethyl siloxane, hydroxy-terminated) 및 디메틸 실록산 트리메틸실록시 터미네이티드(Dimethyl siloxane,trimethylsiloxy-terminated)을 유효성분으로 포함하는 신규 발수제 조성물 및 상기 발수제 조성물을 함유한 저흡수성 경량기포 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것이고, 또한 본 발명은, (a) 규사, 생석회, 시멘트, 석고 및 물을 함께 혼합하여 교반하는 단계; (b) 상기 (a) 단계의 혼합물에 알루미늄 분말 및 제1항의 발수제 조성물을 첨가하여 혼합하는 단계; (c) 타설 및 발포하는 단계; 및 (d) 양생하는 단계를 포함하는 저흡수성 경량 기포 콘크리트 블록의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 저흡수성 경량 기포 콘크리트 블록에 관한 것이다. |
