IMAGE PROJECTION APPARATUS

According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is an image projection apparatus which comprises: a panel portion; a projection optical system receiving light rays from the panel portion and refracting the light rays; a reflection portion receiving and reflecting the refracted light rays from the projection optical system; and a screen portion receiving the reflected light rays from the reflection unit and displaying an image in accordance with the reflected light rays. The panel portion, the projection optical system, the reflection portion, and the screen portion are arranged so that a distance measured along a predetermined linear axis from the panel portion to the reflection portion via the projection optical system may be arranged to be longer than a distance measured along the linear axis from the reflection portion to the screen portion. 일 실시예에 따른 영상 투사 장치는 패널(panel)부와, 상기 패널부로부터 광선을 전달받아서 굴절시키는 투사 광학계와, 상기 투사 광학계로부터 상기 굴절된 광선을 전달받아서 반사시키는 반사부와, 상기 반사부로부터 상기 반사된 광선을 전달받아서 상기 반사된 광선에 따른 상(像)을 표시하는 스크린부를 포함한다. 상기 패널부, 상기 투사 광학계, 상기 반사부 및 상기 스크린부는 상기 패널부로부터 상기 투사 광학계를 거쳐 상기 반사부까지 소정의 직선축을 따라 측정된 거리가, 상기 반사부로부터 상기 스크린부까지 상기 직선축을 따라 측정된 거리보다 길도록 배치된다.
