Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a technology in which a receiving beam of a narrowband is operated in a radar method towards a disaster target area to receive an RF signal which is generated in a predetermined cycle from a user terminal for each receiving beam area, such that a person to be rescued located in the disaster target area may be easily determined. To this end, a disaster rescue system by using an RF signal receiving radar of the present invention comprises: a receiving radar which receives after scanning an RF transmission signal, which is periodically transmitted from a user terminal located in a disaster target area to a base station by a receiving beam unit of a narrowband; a disaster rescue device which calculates the location of a person to be rescued based on receiving beam location information by which the RF transmission signal of the user terminal is received via the receiving radar, and generates disaster rescue information including the location of the person to be rescued in the disaster target area before transmitting the same to a rescuer terminal; and the rescuer terminal which is carried by a rescuer entering the disaster target area, and outputs and displays the disaster rescue information provided by the disaster rescue device. Here, the receiving radar is located around the disaster target area, and sets the receiving beam to face the disaster target area from the outside of the disaster target area, wherein the location of the receiving beam is moved in the disaster target area.
본 발명은 재난대상영역으로 협대역의 수신빔을 레이더 방식으로 운영하여 각 수신빔 영역별 사용자단말에서 일정 주기로 발생되는 RF 신호를 수신함으로써, 재난대상영역 내에 위치하는 구조 대상자를 용이하게 판단할 수 있도록 해 주는 기술에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 RF 신호 수신 레이더를 이용한 재난 구조 시스템은 재난대상영역에 위치하는 사용자단말에서 기지국측으로 주기적으로 송출하는 RF 송출신호를 협대역의 수신빔 단위로 스캔하여 수신하는 수신 레이더와, 수신 레이더를 통해 사용자단말의 RF 송출신호가 수신된 수신빔 위치정보를 근거로 구난 대상자의 위치를 산출함과 더불어, 재난대상영역에서의 구난 대상자 위치를 포함하는 재난구조정보를 생성하여 구조원 단말로 전송하는 재난구조장치와, 재난대상영역으로 진입한 구조원이 소지하는 것으로, 재난구조장치로부터 제공되는 재난구조정보를 표시출력하는 구조원 단말을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 수신 레이더는 재난대상영역 주변에 위치하면서, 재난대상영역 외측에서 재난대상영역을 향하도록 수신빔을 설정하되, 재난대상영역 내에서 수신빔 위치가 이동되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
