Zusammenfassung:According to an embodiment of the present invention, a synchronization detection method of a repeater comprises the steps of: receiving a communication signal including a plurality of synchronization signal blocks respectively belonging to different frequency sections; determining priority of frequency sections for detecting the synchronization signal blocks based on the magnitude of a signal for each frequency section; and detecting a synchronization signal block included in each frequency section according to the determined priority. The present invention may reduce the inefficiency of detecting synchronization for entire frequency band including a frequency band in which no signal exists. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 중계기의 동작 방법은 중계기의 동기 검출 방법은 각각이 서로 다른 주파수 구간에 속하는 복수의 동기 신호 블록들(Synchronization Signal Blocks)을 포함하는 통신 신호를 수신하는 단계, 주파수 구간 별 신호 크기에 기초하여, 상기 복수의 동기 신호 블록들을 검출할 주파수 구간의 우선순위를 결정하는 단계 및 결정된 우선순위에 따라 상기 주파수 구간 별로 포함된 동기 신호 블록을 검출하는 단계를 포함한다.
