Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are, as an aliphatic polycarbonate copolymer resin manufactured by using an environmentally friendly carbonate compound as a raw material, a polycarbonate copolymer resin that exhibits suitable physical properties such as transparency, elongation, tear strength, tensile strength and the like, particularly suitable for packaging films, and an environmentally-friendly biodegradable packaging film manufactured by using the same. The present invention provides the polycarbonate copolymer, which is manufactured by conducting a reaction of a monomer mixture comprising a compound represented by chemical formula 1, a compound represented by chemical formula 2, a compound represesnted by chemical formula 3, and a compound represented by chemical formula 4. 친환경적인 카보네이트 화합물을 원료로 사용하여 제조되는 지방족 폴리카보네이트 공중합 수지로서, 가소제 첨가 없이도 투명성, 신율, 인열강도, 인장강도 등 특히 포장용 필름에 적합한 물성을 나타내도록 하는 폴리카보네이트 공중합 수지와 이를 이용하여 제조되는 친환경적 생분해성 포장용 필름이 개시된다. 본 발명은 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물, 화학식 2로 표시되는 화합물, 화학식 3으로 표시되는 화합물 및 화학식 4로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 단량체 혼합물을 반응시켜 제조되는 폴리카보네이트 공중합 수지를 제공한다.
