Radotinib or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which is the active component of the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention exhibits an effect of inhibiting the deposition formation of pathogenic prions. 본 발명은 라도티닙(Radotinib) 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 염을 유효성분으로 포함하는, 신경퇴행성 질환중의 하나인 프리온 질환의 예방 또는 치료를 위한 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다.
