According to the present invention, it is possible to prepare kimchi simply using the powder sauce for kimchi by containing red pepper powder, a lactobacillus starter and glutinous rice powder, and functionality similar to traditional kimchi can be ensured. 본 발명은 김치용 분말 소스 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 김치에 관한 것으로 고춧가루, 유산균 스타터 및 찹쌀가루를 포함함으로써, 김치용 분말 소스만으로 쉽게 김치를 제조할 수 있으며, 전통 김치와 유사한 관능성을 보일 수 있다.
