Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a cooling device for a solar panel which generates self-power in accordance with a surface temperature of the solar panel and operates a pump by using the self-power so as to spray cooling water onto a front surface of the solar panel, thereby preventing the temperature of the solar panel from being increased. According to the present invention, the cooling device of a solar panel comprises a power generation unit, an operation control unit, and a spray unit. 태양광 패널의 표면 온도에 따라 자체적인 전력을 생성하고, 이를 이용하여 펌프를 기동시켜 태양광 패널의 전면에 냉각수를 분사함으로써, 태양광 패널의 온도 상승을 방지할 수 있는 태양광 패널의 냉각장치가 제공된다.
