Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a uniformly conductive bipolar plate manufacturing method. According to the present invention, the uniformly conductive bipolar plate manufacturing method comprises the following steps: a first step of supplying carbon fibers to a needle punching machine in one direction; a second step of needle-punching the carbon fibers with the needle punching machine, breaking a focusing layer formed on an outer circumferential surface of the carbon fibers, and scattering the carbon fiber filaments constituting the carbon fibers, so as to form a conductive resin infiltrating space; a third step of allowing the conductive resin to infiltrate into the conductive resin infiltrating space; a fourth step of curing the conductive resin; and a fifth step of cutting the conductive resin-cured carbon fiber filaments into a predetermined size. 본 발명에 따른 균일 전도성 바이폴라 플레이트 제조방법은, 탄소섬유들을 일 방향으로 니들펀칭기에 공급하는 제1단계; 상기 니들펀칭기로 상기 탄소섬유들을 니들펀칭하여, 상기 탄소섬유의 외주면에 형성된 집속층을 깨고, 상기 탄소섬유를 구성하는 탄소섬유필라멘트들을 흩어뜨려 전도성 수지 침투 공간을 형성하는 제2단계; 상기 전도성 수지 침투 공간에 전도성 수지를 침투시키는 제3단계; 상기 전도성 수지를 경화시키는 제4단계; 및 상기 전도성 수지가 경화된 탄소섬유필라멘트들을 설정된 크기로 자르는 제5단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
