The present invention provides a floating structure, which can be applied even in the deep sea. The floating structure of the present invention includes: a hull; at least two supporters formed on a side surface of the hull; at least two piles coupled to each of the supporters to support the hull; and a coupling member coupled to one end portion of the at least two piles to suppress rotating motion of the hull, thereby performing heave motion in accordance with a guide of the supporter and the pile. 본 발명에서는 심해에서도 적용 가능한 부유식 구조물을 제안한다. 본 발명에서 제안하는 부유식 구조물은, 선체; 선체의 측면에 형성되는 적어도 두 개의 서포터; 각각의 서포터와 결합하여 선체를 지지하는 적어도 두 개의 파일; 및 적어도 두 개의 파일의 일단부에 결합되어 선체의 회전 운동을 억제하는 결합 부재를 포함하며, 서포터와 파일의 가이드에 따라 히브 운동을 한다.
