INSULATING COVER FOR BUS BAR

The present invention relates to a vehicle current carrying device which comprises: a conductor member distributing power and signals; an insulation coating member of an insulation material which is doubly injection-molded with the conductor member to surround a circumference except both side edges along a shaft direction of the conductor member; and a cover unit integratedly injection-molded to the insulation coating member, extended from the insulation coating member to be bent and covering the both side edges of the conductor member. The present invention integratedly extends the cover unit to the doubly injection-molded insulation coating member to surround the conductive member unlike an existing technology so as to eliminate inconvenience of assembling by separately having a cap for covering both side edges of the conductor member, thereby increasing assembly productivity. 본 발명은 차량용 통전장치에 관한 것으로, 전원 또는 신호를 분배하는 도체부재, 도체부재의 축 방향을 따라 양측 가장자리를 제외한 둘레를 감싸도록 도체부재와 이중 사출 성형되고 절연재질인 절연코팅부재, 및 절연코팅부재에 일체로 사출 성형되고 절연코팅부재에서 연장되어 절곡되며 도체부재의 양측 가장자리를 덮는 커버부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 종래 기술과 달리 도체부재를 감싸도록 이중 사출 성형되는 절연코팅부재에 커버부를 일체로 연장 형성함으로써 도체부재의 양측 가장자리를 커버링해야 하는 캡을 별도로 구비하여 조립해야 하는 번거로움을 없애고, 이로 인해 조립 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
