Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a power transfer device with an improved valve configuration or an improved flow path configuration. A relief valve (73) is provided with a holder (91) having a valve seat (135) which supports a poppet (92). Moreover, the holder (91) is provided with a mounting part (103) installed on a valve body (72). Therefore, the relief valve (73) can be assembled to the valve body (72) by installing the mounting part (103) on the valve body (72) after subassembly by assembling a poppet (92), an adjustment screw (93), and a spring (94) to the holder (91). [과제] 밸브 구성 또는 유로 구성의 개량이 도모된 동력 전달 장치를 제공하는 것이다.
