Zusammenfassung:	The present invention is to provide a composition for internal use which improves solubility in intestines and is excellent in bioavailability. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for internal use which contains (A) roperamide hydrochloride, and at least one organic acid selected from a group consisting of (B) malic acid, tartaric acid, adipic acid, fumaric acid, maleic acid, malonic acid, and citric acid. 본 발명은 장내에서의 용해성을 개선하고, 생물학적 이용능에 우수한 내복 조성물을 제공하는 것으로서, (A) 로페라미드염산염과, (B) 사과산, 주석산, 아디핀산, 푸마르산, 말레인산, 말론산 및 구연산으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 유기산을 함유하는 내복 조성물에 관한 것이다.
