Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a vertical cylindrical reaction chamber for epitaxy of a micrometer LED and a manufacturing method of a linear light emitting body. Particularly, in the manufacturing method for molding a molding epitaxial wire of a composition light emitting die of a fine LED, a linear light emitting body mostly performs steps of epitaxy, depositing, etching and the like of the linear light emitting body by using the vertical cylindrical reaction chamber. Therefore, cutting and assembling processes can be performed even if a linear epitaxial body has an ultrafine volume and, also, an effect of increasing a yield can be obtained.
