Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a touch panel input apparatus and method using a jog shuttle GUI. According to the present invention, a user can select and set cooking conditions (cooking temperature, cooking time, humidity, etc.) on an input part of a cooking device by using one finger through a touch panel with a jog shuttle GUI. Therefore, the user can intuitively operate the cooking device quickly and conveniently. 본 발명은 조그셔틀을 이용한 터치패널 입력장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 조리기기의 입력부를 하나의 터치패널에 조리조건(조리온도, 조리시간, 습도 등)을 사용자가 한 손가락으로 터치 선택 및 설정할 수 있도록 조그셔틀 GUI를 제공하므로, 사용자로 하여금 직관적으로 빠르고 편리하게 조작할 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
