Kimchi manufactured according to the method according to an embodiment has an excellent effect of preventing or treating cancer, thereby being able to be usefully used in a pharmaceutical composition or a food composition for preventing, alleviating or treating cancer. 항암 효과가 우수한 김치의 제조방법, 및 상기 제조방법에 따라 제조한 김치 추출물을 포함하는 항암용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 일 양상에 따른 방법에 따라 제조한 김치는 암의 예방 또는 치료 효과가 우수하므로, 암의 예방, 개선 또는 치료를 위한 약학적 조성물 또는 식품 조성물에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
