Tumor Xenograft Animal Model System Considering Gender Difference

One embodiment of the present invention provides a cancer xenograft animal model system, including a first animal model formed by transplanting a cancer cell line derived from a female into a male animal other than humans; a second animal model formed by transplanting the female-derived cancer cell line into a female animal other than humans; a third animal model made by transplanting a cancer cell line derived from a male into a male animal other than humans; and a fourth animal model obtained by transplanting the male-derived cancer cell line into a female animal other than humans. 본 발명의 일 실시예는, 여성 유래의 암 세포주를 인간을 제외한 수컷 동물에 이식하여 이루어진 제1 동물 모델, 상기 여성 유래의 암 세포주를 인간을 제외한 암컷 동물에 이식하여 이루어진 제2 동물 모델, 남성 유래의 암 세포주를 인간을 제외한 수컷 동물에 이식하여 이루어진 제3 동물 모델 및 상기 남성 유래의 암 세포주를 인간을 제외한 암컷 동물에 이식하여 이루어진 제4 동물 모델을 포함하는, 이종이식암 동물 모델 시스템을 제공한다.
