In addition, the pre-fabricated steel frame structure further includes a position adjustment unit (120) for adjusting a relative position with the support column (10). According to the present invention it is possible to easily correct a site construction error while reducing the construction period and cost through a pre-fabrication type construction method. Therefore, there is an effect that can reduce the difficulty of the field construction and ensure a uniform construction quality. 본 발명에 따르면, 지지기둥(10)에 의해 지지되는 선조립 철골 구조물(100)에 있어서, 상기 선조립 철골 구조물(100)의 본체(110)는 수직 프레임(111) 및 수평 프레임(112)을 포함하며, 상기 지지기둥(10)과의 상대적인 위치를 조절하는 위치 조정부(120);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선조립 철골 구조물이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따르면 선조립 방식의 시공방법을 통해 공사기간 및 비용을 단축시키면서도 현장 시공 오차를 쉽게 보정할 수 있도록 하여 현장시공의 난이도를 낮춤과 아울러 균일한 시공품질을 보장할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
