CUTTING APPARATUS CONNECTING TO HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR

The present invention relates to a cutting apparatus attached to a hydraulic excavator for engaging heavy machines to cut objects such as cement, rebars, stones, and trees. According to the present invention, the cutting apparatus attached to the hydraulic excavator comprises: a left/right angle adjustment engagement unit engaged with a front end of the boom of a heavy machine; a main frame unit which allows the angle to be easily adjusted on the left/right angle adjustment engagement unit; an angle adjustment piston whose one side is engaged with a side unit of the left/right angle adjustment engagement unit, with the other side engaged with a side unit of the main frame unit; a cutter frame unit engaged with the main frame unit; a cutting motor installed on the cutter frame unit; a cutting blade engaged with the cutting motor to be placed horizontally; a first angle adjustment engagement pin accommodation unit which is engaged with the left/right angle adjustment engagement unit to protrude towards the main frame unit; a second angle adjustment engagement pin accommodation unit engaged with the main frame unit to protrude towards the left/right angle adjustment engagement unit; and angle adjustment engagement pins accommodated in the first angle adjustment engagement pin accommodation unit and second angle adjustment engagement pin accommodation unit. As such, when the angle adjustment piston is compressed or extended, the main frame relatively rotates against the left/right angle adjustment engagement unit around the angle adjustment engagement pins, thereby changing the angle, hence making it easier to use. 본 발명은 굴삭기등 중장비에 부착하여 시멘트, 철근, 돌, 나무 등등의 절단 대상체를 절단하는 중장비 결합용 컷팅기(절단기)에 관한 것으로, 중장비의 붐 선단에 결합되는 좌우각도조절결합부, 상기 좌우 각도조절결합부에 각도조절가 능하게 결합되는 메인프레임부, 일측이 상기 좌우각도조절결합부의 측부에 타측이 상기 메인프레임부의 측부에 결합되는 각조절피스톤, 상기 메인프레임부 결합되는 커터프레임부, 상기 커터프레임부에 설치되는 커팅모터, 상 기 커팅모터에 결합되어 수평으로 배치되는 커팅날, 상기 메인프레임부를 향해 돌출되도록 상기 좌우각도조절결 합부에 결합되는 제1 각조절결합핀 수용부, 상기 좌우각도조절결합부를 향해 돌출되도록 상기 메인프레임부에 결 합되는 제 2각조절결합핀 수용부, 상기 제1 각조절결합핀 수용부 및 상기 제2 각조절결합핀 수용부에 수용되는 각조절결합핀을 포함하며, 상기 각조절피스톤이 압축 또는 신장되면, 상기 각조절결합핀을 중심으로, 상기 메인 프레임이 상기 좌우각도조절결합부에 대하여 상대적으로 회전하여 각도변경되므로 사용에 용이하다.
