The present invention relates to a crusher for processing the residual amount of vegetables and fruits. The crusher includes an input means for supplying fruits, vegetables, or bones; a body part communicating with the lower end of the input means, having one end open and including a screw to rotate and move the fruits, vegetables, or bones in one open direction; a driving part coupled to the screw to rotate the screw; a guide part coupled to one end of the body part to discharge the fruits, vegetables, or bones; a crushing plate positioned at the joint part of the body part and the guide part and having a plurality of through holes so as to be crushed while the fruits or vegetables pass by; and a water film remover for removing a water film formed in the through hole.
