Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a sloshing impact testing apparatus for an ultra-low temperature structure. According to the present invention, a test subject such as a primary barrier of a cargo hold storing ultra-low temperature fluids such as liquefied natural gas is installed in a container storing liquefied nitrogen which is an ultra-low temperature fluid, and then, an impact load is applied to the ultra-low temperature fluid to test impact resistance, so an impact load made by sloshing in an actual ultra-low temperature condition can be reflected. According to the present invention, the sloshing impact testing apparatus includes: a main body; an elevation unit installed in the main body to be able to be moved up and down; a weight body fixed to the elevation unit to be dropped together with the elevation unit; an outer container installed in the lower part of the body, and having a cylindrical shape with an open upper side; a fluid storage container installed in the outer container at a distance, storing an insulator in a metal frame and having a cylindrical shape with an open upper side to store ultra-low temperature fluids, and having a test subject installed on the lower side to be soaked in the ultra-low temperature fluids; and a load measurement unit measuring an impact load created as the weight object collides with the ultra-low temperature fluids in the fluid storage container. 액화천연가스와 같은 극저온 유체가 저장되는 화물창의 1차 방벽과 같은 시험대상체를 극저온 유체인 액화질소가 수용된 컨테이너 내에 설치하고, 극저온 유체에 충격 하중을 가하여 내충격성을 실험할 수 있도록 함으로써 실제 극저온 환경 하에서의 슬로싱에 의한 충격 하중을 반영할 수 있는 극저온 구조물의 슬로싱 충격 시험 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 극저온 구조물의 슬로싱 충격 시험 장치는, 본체; 상기 본체에 상하로 승강 운동 가능하게 설치되는 승강유닛; 상기 승강유닛에 고정되어 승강유닛과 함께 낙하하는 중량체; 상기 본체의 하부에 설치되며, 상부면이 개방된 통 형태로 된 외부 컨테이너; 상기 외부 컨테이너의 내부에 간격을 두고 설치되며, 금속 재질의 프레임 내측에 단열재가 수용되고 상부면이 개방된 통 형태로 되어 내부에 극저온 유체를 수용하고, 하부면에 시험대상체가 상기 극저온 유체에 잠겨지게 설치되는 유체저장컨테이너; 및, 상기 중량체가 낙하하여 유체저장컨테이너 내의 극저온 유체에 충돌할 때 발생하는 충격 하중을 측정하는 하중측정유닛;을 포함한다.
