The bed material used in the fluidized bed combustion furnace uses converter slag or electric furnace oxide slag generated in a steelmaking process to prevent defluidization caused by generation of an alkali silicate. 본 발명은 알칼리 성분을 함유하는 연료를 연소하는 유동층 연소로에 사용하는 층물질로써 알칼리 규산염의 생성으로 인한 탈유동화 현상을 방지할 수 있도록 제철제강 공정에서 발생된 전로슬래그 또는 전기로 산화슬래그를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 연소로에 사용되는 층물질을 제공한다.
