The booster of a microneedle plate according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a plurality of LED light sources emitting LED light to skin through a microneedle plate on which microneedles are formed. Light emitted from the LED light sources can be emitted to a required position of the skin through a diffusion section after a total reflection section where total reflection occurs in the microneedles.
