Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for selecting a fragrance for creating a sleeping ambience and a system for selecting a fragrance for creating a sleeping ambience using the same, the method comprising: a step (a) that a candidate fragrance for creating a sleeping ambience is prepared; a step (b) that words suitable to the properties of a fragrance related to sleeping are selected; a step (c) that, after the candidate fragrance is inhaled through the nasal cavity of a human body, matching intensity with respect to the words selected in the step (b) is evaluated; and a step (d) that the step (c) is repeated to check with respect to a plurality of candidate fragrances. 본 발명은 (a) 수면 분위기 조성용 향의 후보 향을 준비하는 단계; (b) 수면과 연관된 향의 속성에 적합한 단어들을 선정하는 단계; (c) 상기 후보 향을 인체의 비강을 통하여 흡입시킨 후, 상기 (b) 단계에서 선정된 단어들에 대한 매칭 강도를 평가하는 단계; 및 (d) 복수의 후보 향들에 대하여 상기 (c) 단계를 반복하여 확인하는 단계;를 포함하는 수면 분위기 조성용 향의 선택 방법 및 이를 사용하는 수면 분위기 조성용 향의 선택 시스템에 관한 것이다.
