Rotary type packing apparatus

The present invention relates to a rotary-type packing apparatus, comprising a packing material supply unit which has an upper part opened and supplies packing materials to a main body unit using a rotary method, a fluid supply unit, a content supply unit, a bonding unit, and a transfer unit which are successively installed along the circumference of the main body unit, to successively put liquid and content into the packing materials rotated by the main body unit and to automatically discharge and transfer a package after bonding. According to the present invention, the main body unit comprises: a body unit which includes a turntable, a driving unit which rotates the turntable, and a support frame which supports the turntable; a clamping unit which clamps the packing materials to unclamp the packing materials after they are bonded, and then to discharge and transfer the package to the transfer unit; and a support unit which supports the packing materials upwards. Accordingly, the present invention is able to include a support member capable of supporting the packing materials upwards, and to allow the supporting member to support the packing materials upwards in accordance with whether the content has been put into the packing materials or not, thereby preventing a slip between the packing materials and a clamping apparatus and preventing a clamping position from being changed. The present invention is also able to prevent slippage of the packing materials and changes in the clamping position, thereby improving the accuracy and operability of the packing process in conducting the packing process automatically by a control unit. 본 발명은 로터리방식의 본체부로 상부가 개구된 포장재를 공급하는 포장재공급부와, 유체공급부와, 내용물공급부와, 접합부와, 이송부가 본체부의 주위를 따라 순차적으로 설치되어, 본체부에 의하여 회전하는 포장재 내부로 액체와 내용물을 순차적으로 투입하고, 접합 후 포장물을 자동 배출 이송되도록 구성되고, 본체부는, 턴테이블과, 턴테이블을 회전시키는 구동부와, 턴테이블을 지지하는 지지프레임을 포함하는 몸체부와, 포장재를 클램핑하고, 포장재의 접합 후 언클램핑하여 포장물이 이송부로 배출 이송시키는 클램핑부와, 포장재를 상방 지지하는 지지부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리형 포장장치를 제공한다. 상기한 바에 따르면 포장재를 상방 지지할 수 있는 받침부재를 구성 하고, 포장재 내부로 내용물의 투입여부에 따라 받침부재가 포장재를 상방 지지하도록 함으로써, 포장재와 클램핑장치와의 슬립을 방지하고 클램핑 위치가 변경되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 포장재의 슬립 및 클램핑위치 변경을 방지할 수 있기 때문에, 제어부를 통하여 자동으로 포장공정을 진행하는데 있어서 포장공정의 정확도 및 운전성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
