Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a technique for estimating a modulation rate of a linear frequency modulation (LFM) signal, which comprises the steps of: receiving a first LFM signal; deriving a product signal by multiplying the received first LFM signal by a conjugate complex number of a second LFM signal; defining a cost function using a spectral entropy function of the product signal; and calculating a modulation rate estimate value (θ^^) of the first LFM signal based on the cost function.
