The present invention relates to a portable water quality measurement device comprising: a main body having a container accommodating groove for accommodating a sample container containing a sample to be measured by reacting to a reagent; a light source for irradiating light to the sample container accommodated in the container accommodating groove of the main body; a spectroscopy module for splitting the light received through an optical fiber by penetrating the sample container for each wavelength; a light detection part for detecting the split light from the spectroscopy module; an operation part provided in the main body and capable of selecting a water quality measurement item; and a calculation part for calculating a measurement value from an amount of light received at the light detection part at a wavelength corresponding to the water quality measurement item selected by the operation part and displaying the measurement value on the display part.
