Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a microorganism culturing method and a method of producing fermentation products from C1 gas through the same. In particular, the microorganism culturing method promotes the growth rate of microorganisms producing the fermentation products from the C1 gas by suppressing bubbles generated from a microorganism culturing process by using vegetable fats containing saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids, thereby increasing the growth of microorganisms. More specifically, the microorganism culturing method comprises the steps of: distributing microorganism culture media in a vessel positioned in a chamber; distributing microorganisms in a vessel with the microorganisms culture media distributed therein; supplying, to the vessel distributed with the microorganisms, vegetable fats containing saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids as an anti-foaming agent; supplying sterilized water to the vessel to which the vegetable fats have been supplied, and sealing the same; supplying nitrogen (N_2) gas into the sealed vessel to create an anaerobic atmosphere; and after supplying the nitrogen (N_2) gas, supplying carbon monoxide (CO) gas into the sealed vessel. 본 발명은 포화지방산과 불포화지방산을 포함하는 식물성 유지를 사용하여 미생물 배양 공정에서 발생하는 거품을 억제함으로써 C1 가스로부터 발효물을 생산하는 미생물의 생장 속도를 촉진시켜 생장을 증대시키는 미생물 배양 방법 및 이를 통해 C1 가스로부터 발효물을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 챔버 내부에 위치하는 용기에 미생물 배지를 분주하는 단계; 미생물 배지가 분주된 용기에 미생물을 분주하는 단계; 미생물이 분주된 용기에 포화지방산과 불포화지방산을 포함하는 식물성 유지를 소포제로 공급하는 단계; 식물성 유지가 공급된 용기에 멸균수를 공급한 후, 밀봉하는 단계; 밀봉된 용기 내부로 질소(N)가스를 공급하여 혐기 상태로 조성하는 단계; 및 상기 질소(N)가스를 공급한 후, 밀봉된 용기 내부로 일산화탄소(CO)가스를 공급하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
