Apparatus drying and reducing organic and inorganic sludge

A sludge drying apparatus of the present invention is a sludge drying and transferring apparatus which rapidly ferments and dries sludge and composite materials, and stack-arranges sludge passed through a heating device in multi-stages to solidify the sludge. In particular, in the initial stage, respective stages are spaced vertically and occupy the same space on a plane so that an agitation and mixing function of the sludge and the material becomes excellent. To this end, the sludge drying apparatus comprises: a first region in which the sludge supplied to the transferring apparatus is received and moved by a transferring member of a housing installed at each end, and the housing is arranged with a plurality of tilting stirring rods arranged side by side to converge toward the center of the transferring member to the forward direction of the sludge; and a second region in which the plurality of tilting stirring rods to converge toward the center of the transferring member to the backward direction of the sludge are arranged in parallel. 본 발명의 슬러지 건조 장치는 슬러지와 복합 재료를 신속하게 발효 건조하며, 가열장치를 통과한 슬러지를 고형화하도록 다단 적층 배열하고 특히 초기 단계에서 슬러지와 재료의 교반 및 혼합 기능이 우수한 효과가 있도록 각각의 단이 평면상으로 동일한 공간을 차지하며 수직으로 이격 배열된슬러지 건조 및 이송장치로서, 상기 이송장치에 공급되는 슬러지는 각각의 단에 설치된 하우징의 이송부재에 수용되어 이동되며, 상기 하우징은 슬러지의 전진 방향쪽으로 이송부재의 중앙을 향하여 수렴하도록 경사진 복수의 교반로드를 나란히 배치한 제1영역과, 슬러지의 후진 방향 쪽으로 이송부재의 중앙을 향하여 수렴하도록 경사진 복수의 교반로드를 평행하게 배치한 제2영역을 포함한다.
