Zusammenfassung:In general, a cerebrovascular flow reserve is widely used as a clinical indicator for evaluating the health of cerebrovascular vessels. The present technique aims to predict a cerebrovascular reserve by computer simulation. This is a non-invasive method of creating a cerebrovascular shape model extracted from patient′s image data, performing calculation using a numerical method and a computer, and calculating the cerebrovascular shape model of individual patients. The numerical analysis for this is based on an arterial vessel length based simulation method. 일반적으로 뇌 혈류 예비능은 뇌혈관의 건강성을 평가하는 임상 지표로서 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 기술은 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션으로 뇌혈류 예비능을 예측하려는 기술이다. 이것은 환자의 영상데이터에서 추출한 뇌혈관 형상 모델을 만들고, 수치해석 방법과 컴퓨터를 이용하여 계산을 수행하여, 환자 개개인의 뇌혈관 예비능 값을 계산하는 비침습적 방법이다. 이를 위한 수치해석은 동맥 혈관길이에 기초한 시뮬레이션 방법에 기초한다.
